Synthetic FHIR generator

Generate synthetic FHIR R4 patients and payer-exchange datasets on demand against a running Apex Atlas dev server. Everything here is synthetic — no real patient is depicted.

Requires a running API. Start the dev server locally and point the field below at it: pip install -e ".[dev]" && atlas serve --port 8080. The browser calls it directly (CORS is enabled). This is a development server, not a hosted service.

Large cohorts take longer & return a big payload.
Connect to the API to load the module list.

Directory

Provider cohort $bulk-publish

Generate a synthetic Da Vinci Plan-Net provider directory — Practitioners, roles, organizations, locations, services. Leave Providers blank to serve the shipped 150-clinician roster.

A larger number synthesizes more clinicians (valid NPPES NPIs) apportioned across specialties.
Payer exchange

Appointment availability $bulk-publish

SMART Scheduling Links — open, bookable appointment slots across clinic sites and service types.
